Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Introwiz, provided by Introwiz (“we,” “us,” “our”) at https://introwiz.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Introwiz lets you record, author, and embed interactive product tours and tutorials on your own website(s) via our embeddable script and admin dashboard.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are described at /pricing.
  • We offer a 14-day free trial that requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the plan you selected, and your subscription will continue on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
  • The free trial is capped at 2 intros; creating a 3rd requires upgrading to a paid plan.
  • Payments are processed by Polar.sh, acting as merchant of record. Your use of Polar’s payment services is also subject to Polar’s own terms.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account’s billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Record, store, or transmit content you do not have the right to collect (including recording third-party personal or sensitive data without a lawful basis)
  • Violate any applicable law or third party’s rights
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (recorded tours, tutorials, branding assets). You grant us a license to host, store, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and, where applicable, to end users of your embedded tours.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including our software and branding, is owned by Introwiz and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Introwiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
