Your trial runs 14 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, the card on file is charged automatically for the plan you selected at checkout, and your subscription continues on a recurring monthly basis.
Yes. Introwiz requires a valid payment method to start a trial — there's no card-less trial option currently.
An Intro is the top-level container tied to a specific website or product — for example, "the onboarding experience for Product X." Each Intro can hold multiple Tutorials. The free trial is capped at 2 Intros; the 3rd is blocked with an upgrade prompt until you move to a paid plan.
Right now, both plans include the same unlimited features — the only difference is price. If that changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.
Yes. Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your account's Payment Methods settings, hosted by Polar.sh. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
